  1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:
  • Products eligible for return/exchange must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return/exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • Non-returnable items: Gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health and personal care items.

2.Initiation of Return/Exchange:

  • To initiate a return or exchange, you must contact our customer support team within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Please provide your order number, reason for return/exchange, and any supporting evidence (such as photographs for damaged products) when contacting us.
  1. Return/Exchange Process:
  • Once your return/exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.
  • You are responsible for shipping the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or not as described. We advise using a trackable shipping method to ensure its safe return.
  • The product must reach us within 30 days from the date the RMA number was issued.

4.Refund/Exchange Resolution:

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will determine its eligibility for a refund or exchange.
  • If the return/exchange is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days or initiate the exchange process, as per your request.
  • In case of a refund, please note that shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
  • For exchanges, any price difference between the returned item and the desired replacement will be charged/refunded accordingly.

5.Damaged or Defective Products:

  • In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team immediately.
  • We may request further details of the damage or defect, such as photographs or a detailed description, to facilitate the return/exchange process.
  • If the damage/defect is confirmed, we will provide you with instructions for returning the product, and a replacement will be sent to you at no additional cost.

6.Cancellation Policy:

  • If the order has not been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a refund.

  • Minimal Designz reserves the right to refuse returns/exchanges that do not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in this policy.
  • We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipping. Please ensure proper packaging and use a reliable shipping service.
